There is far more to life as a student of National Institute of Management Studies than what goes on within the classroom. Much of student life is making the most of all the opportunities available for their development.

Co-curricular activities from an integral part of life at the institute, and contribute substantially to all round development of personality and leadership skills in our students. With opportunities to participate in sports activities, cultural events, entertainment programmes, food fests and annual student’s fest, there is never a dull moment at Sai Shipping & Management Studies.

Apart from the prospects of representing their views and opinions through the elected Student Representative Committee, there are other ample opportunities of letting loose their creative potential by taking active part in the activities of Cultural Club, Gourmet Club, Spots and Adventure Club.

In addition to organizing annual Intra-College cricket, football, table tennis, debating, creative writing, extempore, elocution, creative arts, dumb charade and culinary competitions, Om Sai Swastik Educationwill organize the annual inter-college cultural extravaganza and – the annual Food Fest. The periodic Magazine also helps students contribute to the institute’s newsletter, while excursions, picnics, field trips, adventure tours, and other entertainment programmes keep the students amused and motivated the whole year through.

National Institute of Management Studies encourages its students to participate in as many events and programmes as possible and active interest in all such activities is deemed mandatory.
